Terms of service

These terms of use govern your use of the Berry website and of every service offered on it (together, the “site”). By visiting the site, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Orders are also governed by our Conditions of sale, our Refund & exchange policy and our Shipping policy.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the law or our services change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

You may use the site for your own, personal and non-commercial purposes: to discover our clothing, watches and accessories, to order them and to contact us.

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or order with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to give true, complete and current information.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email and phone (used to sign in to My Berry) secure.

My Berry lets you follow your orders, save your addresses, your wishlist and your sizes. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; no password is stored. You can close your account at any time by writing to us; see our Privacy policy for what happens to your data.

We describe every piece as accurately as we can: materials, finishes, fabrics, sizes and care. Stones are always micro-pavé cubic zirconia [TO CONFIRM]. Colors are photographed in daylight; screens can show them slightly differently [TO CONFIRM]. Measurements in our size guides are given as a guide; small differences can occur between pieces.

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include VAT where it applies [TO CONFIRM]. Delivery is free on orders of EGP 3,000 or more; below that, the delivery fee for your governorate is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. We may change prices and withdraw pieces at any time; this never affects an order we have already confirmed. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before sending the order, and you may cancel it free of charge.

The Berry name, wordmark and monogram, our designs, photographs, films, 3D models, texts and the design of the site belong to Berry or to those who licensed them to us. You may not copy, reproduce, change or use them without our written permission, except to view and share pages of the site for personal use.

When you send us a review, a photo or a message, you confirm that it is yours and lawful, and you allow us to use it on the site and in our communication, with your first name and city only. We never publish a review without your consent and we may decline any content that is offensive, untrue or unrelated to the piece.

• Using the site in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.
• Trying to access parts of the site, accounts or systems that are not meant for you, or disturbing how the site works.
• Collecting data from the site automatically, or placing orders for resale without our agreement.
• Using a false identity or someone else’s payment details.

We may suspend an account or cancel an order when these rules are not respected.

The site links to services run by others (WhatsApp, social networks, delivery tracking, payment pages). Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

We take every reasonable care to keep the site available, accurate and safe, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of interruptions or errors. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Egyptian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you have a concern, please contact us first: most questions are solved quickly. Any dispute that cannot be solved amicably is brought before the competent courts of Cairo [TO CONFIRM], without prejudice to your right to contact the Consumer Protection Agency.
